Data protection notice

We keep data use to a minimum. This notice covers what Construction Builders London collects and why, under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Updated: 15 October 2026.

Who we are and how to contact us

The controller of your personal data is Web Designer Limited (company number 15002899, registered in England & Wales; registered office: 119a Flat 2 Uxbridge Road, London W7 3ST). We run constructionbuilders.co.uk under the name Construction Builders London. Post can be sent to 119a Flat 2 Uxbridge Road, London W7 3ST (our registered office). The quickest route for a data question or request is our online form; please say that it concerns privacy.

Personal data we collect

We collect only two kinds of information. The first is what you give us in the enquiry form: your name, email address, postcode, the work you need, any notes and your consent. The second is technical information, such as IP address and browser data, which our hosting provider uses to run and protect the site. Do not use the form for special category data such as medical details.

Purposes and lawful bases

We process enquiry details so that we can respond, quote or book a survey. If an independent tradesperson is better placed to price the job, we pass on just enough for them to get in touch about it. UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (pre-contract steps you ask for) and Article 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interests in dealing with enquiries and running the business) are our lawful bases. We never sell personal data or use it to market to you.

Recipients of your data

Form messages reach us through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which acts as our processor and may handle data outside the UK, in which case we rely on the safeguards required by UK law. Cloudflare hosts the site and processes technical data for delivery and security. Independent tradespeople receive details only as explained above, and we disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies

This site sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner.

How long we keep it

Your enquiry is held for a maximum of 2 years after our last exchange and is then erased, unless we need it for a legal obligation.

What you can ask us to do

You can ask to access your personal data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. Contact us as described above and we will respond within one month.

Raising a concern

Tell us about any concern and we will try to resolve it. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at any time via its website.

When this policy changes
